Smith B: We charge our customers only at the time of shipment of the order.
Ben Goetting: thats not what my bank says
Ben Goetting: the money is unavailable on my card.
Ben Goetting: and that's on the online statement
Ben Goetting: the bank doesn't reserve the money, and put your business name on the statement if it isn't authorized
Smith B: I will forward a request to our billing department to check with the issue.
Smith B: I request you to be patient for one more day.
Ben Goetting: ONE MORE DAY WAS WHEN I NEEDED MY CAMERA
Smith B: We will resolve the issue and ship the order as soon as possible.
Smith B: I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
