- Smith B: We charge our customers only at the time of shipment of the order.
- Ben Goetting: thats not what my bank says
- Ben Goetting: the money is unavailable on my card.
- Ben Goetting: and that's on the online statement
- Ben Goetting: the bank doesn't reserve the money, and put your business name on the statement if it isn't authorized
- Smith B: I will forward a request to our billing department to check with the issue.
