Okay here we go, these zines were done during the high school years of my life. 95'-97'.
Doing these zines was partially an excuse to get free records and get on the list for shows, but I also did them in an attempt to immerse myself into the punk rock culture. They were an attempt to put my name on the map in some weird way. I did make a lot of friends, meet a lot of bands, and get a lot of crappy promo records. Phazer Blast led to my eventual job at Liberation Records after I had met Dave at the Queers/Swingin' Utters show about three years before my first day of work. But I wouldn't realize until pulling them out of my files almost 6 years after the last issue came out that the most important thing about them would be the nostalgia for a much simpler time in my life.

I put them here for archives sake. Sorry for the shitty quality, most of them are scans of photocopies of printouts on an old inkjet. So here they are with brief introductions containing some of my memories of making each issue. Enjoy. ~Ben
